Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Temple University and more than 10 years of experience working in human services. My work is grounded in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to be active participants in their own growth. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” who you are, but about developing greater self-awareness, building effective coping strategies, and reconnecting with what matters most to you. My approach is direct but warm, collaborative, and individualized because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I meet clients where they are while helping them better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns. Together, we identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic and develop practical tools that can support you both inside and outside of therapy. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, perspective, and a safe space for exploration, not to tell you who you should be. I also value the connection between emotional well-being, self-awareness, and the ability to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, talk about what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying what you would like to be different in your life. We’ll discuss your current concerns, strengths, experiences, and goals while establishing a foundation for our work together. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. We’ll move at a pace that feels appropriate for you and work together to create a therapeutic plan that supports greater clarity, self-awareness, coping, and meaningful change.
