My approach to therapy

I work with children, teens, adults, and caregivers facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, stress, sleep issues, and self-esteem concerns. I also support caregivers and families impacted by dementia, grief, behavioral challenges, and life transitions, focusing on coping skills and resilience.

What you can expect from me

My professional experience has strengthened my empathy and patience in supporting clients. I understand how challenging it can be to begin therapy and find the right fit. I look forward to working together to help you move toward your personal goals.
