Great to meet you!

Congratulations! You have begun the process of self improvement. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in this field for 20 plus years. I have worked in many diverse environments and with lots of populations. I am a empowerment based therapist who is here to help you recognize the patterns of behavior in your life and how they support or disrupt your goals.

I tell my clients that I may not always say things you will like but I will say things that you need to hear.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal as your therapist is to help you get to the point where you no longer need a therapist. I expect you to do way more work than I do. I want to challenge you to see your life and yourself in a different way. I expect to be your partner in improving the way you love and take care of yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

I want to create a collaborative relationship with you and help you move closer to achieving your goals.
