Great to meet you!

I’m Kianni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've worked in the mental health space for 9 years and have worked with people from all backgrounds, walks of life, and ages (5–105, to be exact)! One thing I've discovered is that, despite how different our lives may look on the surface, we all share a fundamental desire to feel understood, supported, and accepted—especially during the moments when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. I aim to provide a space that feels warm, genuine, and free of judgment—where you can show up exactly as you are. A space where you don’t have to have the “right” words, have everything figured out, or pretend that everything is okay. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing, explore what may be holding you back, and work toward creating meaningful change in a way that feels authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

Life is full of uncertainty, change, and challenges. Maybe you feel anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck, or disconnected. Maybe you're navigating a transition and unsure of what comes next. Or perhaps nothing is necessarily wrong, but you feel ready for a change.

My approach is rooted in the belief that you already have strengths and tools within you—we’ll work together to recognize and build on them. I bring curiosity into the process, helping you explore your experiences from new perspectives, gain insight, and better understand yourself. Along the way, we’ll build practical skills and tools that can help make meaningful change feel possible.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, current challenges you may be experiencing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll create a plan that is tailored and unique to you, which will guide our work together moving forward.
