My approach is client centered, therefore I am going to use strategies that best fit the client. Generally, I love to engage the client in various interactive activities that may include art, music, games, and other hands on experiences.
Our first session will include an assessment to gather all the necessary information to better serve the client. We will discuss goals for therapy and typically the client will leave with a strategy to try until our next session.
