Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Virginia with a background in hospice and hospital social work where I've supported people through some of life's most difficult moments. Those experiences have shaped my commitment to meeting clients exactly where they are, whether they're navigating grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or the kind of burnout that comes from caring for others. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported, and that's what I bring to every session. I offer telehealth appointments and I'm currently welcoming new clients.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach — you're the expert on your own life, and I'm here to help you find clarity and build on your strengths. My background working with grief and caregiver burnout has given me a real appreciation for how much life transitions can shake a person's sense of self. I work with clients experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, and life changes, and I tailor our work together to what you actually need — not a one-size-fits-all formula.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. I'll ask about what's brought you to therapy, what you've been carrying, and what you're hoping to get out of our time together. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — I want you to leave that first session feeling heard and a little clearer on what working together could look like.
