Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC-D) and a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a background in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and more. I use a person-centered approach to help you uncap your personal strengths and grow to your fullest potential.

My approach to therapy

I bring a balance of structure and flexibility to our work. I’ll help guide you with proven tools and approaches, but I’ll also listen deeply and adapt based on your needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, parenting stress, or life transitions, I’ll offer support that’s grounded, respectful, and always centered on you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I like to get a general sense of everything happening in your life. I often describe this session as a bit of a “word vomit”; a space where we can jump around and cover different parts of your story, background, and experiences that led you here. This helps me understand the bigger picture so we can start building a plan that feels right for you.
