Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, I believe therapy should be a supportive and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. I have over 5 years of extensive experience working and supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment difficulties, life transitions, stress and trauma, relationship issues and other emotional concerns, including individuals from Latino and diverse cultural backgrounds as a bilingual therapist. I also have experience working in community mental health with clients facing a wide range of personal and emotional challenges. My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative, with an emphasis on helping clients feel heard and understood. I provide structure and guidance throughout the therapeutic process while also meeting each client where they are and moving at a pace that feels comfortable for them. I believe therapy should be individualized, so I work with clients to identify their goals, build on their strengths, and develop practical coping skills they can use in everyday life. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported as they work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a warm and comfortable space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. We will spend time getting to know you, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying the goals you would like to work toward. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I care deeply about helping my clients make meaningful progress toward the changes they want to see in their lives. I consider it a privilege to support clients throughout their journey and to be present as they grow, heal, and work toward their goals.
