Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW, with a background in crisis intervention and outpatient psychotherapy. I have an eclectic style, using DBT, CBT, and ACT to meet each clients unique individual needs. I work with families and individual ages 14+, providing virtual services in the state of TX. I invite you to challenge, reconnect and redefine yourself throughout our sessions together. Therapy is a collaborate process and I'd be honor to help guide you through your journey.

My approach to therapy

As I therapist, I like to dive deep with intention and encourage momentum. Your healing depends just as much on what you learn about yourself as the actions you take once you have learned new tools. I will help you understand the conflicts, fears, and worries that interfere with your relationships, work, school, and your ability to be kind to yourself. With commitment to treatment comes hope.

What you can expect from me

I work hard to build a bond where my clients feel heard and understood. As a client, you are trusting me with the most vulnerable parts of your life. In this safe and compassionate environment, my clients are invited to explore, evaluate, and discover themselves. Individuals I have worked with experienced alleviated anxiety and depression, developed ways to manage big feelings, and reported greater connection to themselves and others.
