My goal is to help you achieve your goals and be aware of your beliefs, habits, and behaviors. I will assist you in creating new options for yourself to help you create long lasting change. I bring humor, energy, empathy, and honesty. Together, we will take responsibility and learn to move forward with passion and confidence.

Your first session is about getting clear on what's going on and where you want to go. There's no pressure to share everything at once, and you set the pace.

We'll talk about what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what "better" would actually look like in your day-to-day life. Your clinician will ask questions, but this is a conversation, not an interrogation. You're also welcome to ask us anything about how we work, our approach, or what to expect.

By the end, you'll leave with a clearer picture of what's happening, a few first goals, and a sense of whether your clinician is the right fit. If they aren't, we'll help you find someone who is.

Therapy here is collaborative. It works best when you're ready to show up, try new things between sessions, and be honest about what's working and what isn't. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to start.
