Great to meet you!

Life can feel exhausting when anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, or emotional stress begin affecting your daily life. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling with difficult emotions, or unsure how to move forward.

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we'll identify your strengths, develop practical coping tools, and create meaningful goals that support lasting emotional wellness and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I believe every client has the ability to grow, heal, and create positive change when given the right support and tools.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Problem-Solving Therapy (PST) to help clients process trauma, manage anxiety and depression, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and build resilience.

Together, we'll focus on practical solutions while exploring the deeper patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what challenges feel most important right now. We'll explore your goals, current stressors, and what support would feel most helpful moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful with a clear understanding of how therapy can help you move toward the life you want.
