Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a licensed mental health counselor who is passionate about well-being of people. As a non-binary person and an immigrant, I have a deep understanding of the complexities of identity exploration and the unique challenges faced by folks through the lens of intersectionality. With a commitment to creating a safe and affirming space, I work with clients to embrace their authentic selves and navigate life's transitions with confidence and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy, applying interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. My approach is influenced by ACT (a modern form of CBT), expressive art therapy, music therapy, and mindfulness, I help clients develop practical skills to tell their stories, explore their identity, and cultivate self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

By fostering a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship, I'd like to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued, allowing them to explore their identities and navigate life's challenges with authenticity and courage. I also supports client in harnessing their strengths and resources to overcome obstacles and thrive in all areas of their lives.
