Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and more than 8 years of healthcare experience. Before becoming a psychiatric provider, I spent years caring for people during some of their most vulnerable moments, which shaped the way I practice today. I believe good mental health care starts with connection—taking the time to listen, understand the whole person, and create a treatment plan together. I provide evidence-based, individualized care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, sleep concerns, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges. My approach may include medication management, psychotherapy, education, and lifestyle considerations based on your individual needs. My goal is for you to feel heard, informed, and genuinely involved in your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you know yourself best. I’m here to bring my clinical knowledge to the table, but I also want to understand your experiences, concerns, goals, and what feeling well looks like for you. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that makes sense for your life. I use evidence-based practices while considering the whole person—not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. Most importantly, I want you to understand your options, feel comfortable asking questions, and have an active voice in every decision we make about your care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’ve been experiencing, your history, what has or hasn’t worked in the past, and what you hope to get out of care. I want to understand the full picture—not just your symptoms. We’ll discuss potential treatment options together, including the benefits, risks, and alternatives, and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your goals. You’ll also have plenty of space to ask questions. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, informed, and clear about what comes next.
