Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I attended Dallas Baptist University for my Masters in School Counseling and fell in love with the treatment of trauma. After retiring from education, I began my work in professional counseling. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, but my favorite form of treatment involves EMDR and the Enneagram, of which I have been trained by premier trainers.

My approach to therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a wonderful protocol that helps resolve incidents that a person encounters that might “keep them stuck” which leads to depression, anxiety, health issues, and even addiction.

The Enneagram is an ancient personality typing system that helps people understand who they are and what makes them tick. Learning how others relate to you can set you on a new path in life with freedom to be who you were made to be...unapologetically.

What you can expect from me

Freeing yourself from trauma with EMDR, learning mindfulness, and finding out your natural strengths and weaknesses with the Enneagram has a way of turning your life from constant struggle and helplessness to success and happiness.

t. If you are proactive, you will feel secure in knowing your counselor is just one call away.
