Hello! My name is Kiersten Ettinger. As part of the Mind, Body and Soul practice consultations may be with myself or one of my colleagues on staff. I have over six years of dedicated experience as a Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida, I specialize in working with children (ages 10+), adolescents, and adults.
Using a Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered and Solution Focused approach which integrates evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique needs of each individual, my goal is to foster a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
