Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated, licensed, and board-certified mental health nurse practitioner who is committed to providing compassionate, evidence‐based care to individuals seeking support and growth. My background includes extensive training in therapeutic approaches that help clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I draw on my clinical practice education to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I specialize in helping clients build emotional resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with their strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is rooted in building a genuine, trusting relationship where clients feel supported and understood. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I combine clinical expertise with a relational, down‐to‐earth style that helps people feel comfortable discussing both their symptoms and the experiences behind them.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma‐related concerns, and major life or identity transitions. I blend thoughtful medication management with meaningful conversation to help clients understand what they’re feeling and recognize patterns that may be affecting their well-being.

I aim to create a calm, steady space where clients can slow down, reflect, and feel truly heard. Together, we focus on gaining emotional clarity, improving stability, building healthier coping skills, and strengthening their sense of self.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we discuss what has been going on for the patient and what they hope to change or understand. I will ask you thorough assessment questions to get a clear picture of your symptoms, your history, and what feels most important now. We will explore whether medication, therapy, or a combination might be helpful, and I will walk you through the plan and recommendations so you feel informed and involved.
