Great to meet you!

I offer a supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. My work is compassionate, practical, and shaped around your needs and strengths. I help clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity, self‐trust, and a sense of groundedness.

My approach to therapy

I’m a trauma‐informed, neurodiversity‐affirming therapist who focuses on helping clients understand their emotions, build regulation skills, and feel more grounded in daily life. My approach blends somatic awareness, ACT‐based tools, and collaborative problem‐solving. Together, we create a space where you can grow at your own pace and feel supported in who you are.

What you can expect from me

Session one is gentle and collaborative. We’ll talk about what’s been showing up for you, what you hope to change or understand, and how your body and mind respond to daily challenges. I’ll introduce simple somatic and ACT‐based tools so you can get a feel for my approach, and we’ll set a direction that feels doable and aligned with your values.
