Great to meet you!

Life transitions, relationship stress, family conflict, or feeling disconnected from yourself can leave you feeling overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted. You may be trying to hold everything together while quietly struggling with stress, self-doubt, or uncertainty about what comes next.

I work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship dynamics, workplace stress, emotional healing, and personal growth. My goal is to create a compassionate, inclusive space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported as you move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.

My approach to therapy

I help clients better understand their emotions, patterns, and relationships so they can build resilience and create meaningful change in their everyday lives.

Together, we’ll work through challenges with a collaborative and supportive approach focused on self-awareness, emotional healing, and practical growth. My style is warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental, creating space for you to explore your experiences openly and honestly while building tools that feel realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve been carrying stress or emotional pain on your own for a long time.

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, what’s been weighing on you, and what support feels most important right now. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we’ll move at your pace in a safe, supportive environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself from the very beginning.
