Great to meet you!

I have over 12 years of experience providing individual and family therapy. I have worked with adolescents at a Residential Treatment Facility and have been providing virtual individual therapy for the past 5 years. I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, loss, trauma, and life changes and transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, our mental health affects us in many different ways just like our physical and spiritual self. I use mindfulness, CBT, and Unified Protocol- UP, among other evidence-based practices.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope that by the end of this session, you feel seen, heard, and that we’ve taken time to review the progress you’ve made toward your goal.
