Sometimes we need a helping hand. Life is difficult to navigate! We all have negative thoughts and feelings we need to work through. Relationship problems, family problems, past trauma - and others can add to daily stress. Strategies are available to successfully cope and gain insight into how we think, address problem thoughts, be mindful of our strengths, and our ability to change! Helping clients address these issues and improve well-being with a variety of strategies, is what I do.
