Great to meet you!

I know starting therapy can be scary and I am so glad you are here reaching out. Using a calm, non-judgmental curious approach I am looking forward to meeting you where you are at, and using my years of experience to help you improve your life, develop new skills, and meet your goals.

My approach to therapy

I use both skill based and trauma informed approaches, looking out both how to get quick improvement in symptoms and struggles. In addition, I will also use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and am a certified EMDR therapist. I integrate this with Internal Family Systems and other trauma based techniques to heal deeper wounds that may have caused the current symptoms.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a collaborative, safe environment using an open and curious approach to help you understand yourself better and change areas of your life that are no longer serving you.
