Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to me caught in what feels like a vicious cycle — struggling with mental health challenges, substance use, or simply a nagging sense that life isn't aligned with who they want to be. They talk about wanting more consistency and wanting to remember their "why," but they find themselves pulled off course by impulsivity or patterns they can't seem to break. Whether you're navigating something long-standing or showing up to therapy for the first time, you deserve a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

My approach to therapy

I have over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, both in-person and virtually. I pride myself on bringing authenticity and a steady, collaborative presence to every session. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered approaches to help you understand how your past has shaped who you are — and how to make meaningful shifts in your thoughts, patterns, and actions. My goal is always to help you reconnect with what matters most and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Many people have areas in their lives needing attention and nurturing, but that first step between contemplation and action can feel daunting. Therapy offers a space to explore with curiosity and compassion — no judgment, just honest collaboration. Together, we can untangle what feels stuck and guide your journey forward.
