Great to meet you!

Are you struggling to find happiness in your life? Do you feel as if something is missing, but you are just not sure what that "something" is? Have you experienced situations in your life that have left you feeling discouraged, angry, or hopeless? I will work with you to help you navigate through your thoughts and feelings in order to experience the quality of life you deserve.

I have experience with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Substance Use Disorders as well as assisting individuals who struggle with low self-esteem, feelings of unworthiness, and a general lack of self-love.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing best occurs within a therapeutic relationship based on trust and mutual respect, and I aim to create a safe and supportive space that nurtures self-growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will explore your goals and we will begin our journey of getting to know and trust one another. I will ask questions that are important in helping me to understand who you are and what is important to you.
