Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nine years of experience as a medical social worker and hospice case manager, specializing in end-of-life care, serious illness, and caregiver support. I work closely with older adults, children, and families facing grief, loss, and major life changes. Having personally gone through breast cancer twice, I bring both clinical training and lived experience to supporting people dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, and the emotional impact of illness, aging, and caregiving.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I’m warm, down-to-earth, and focused on what matters most to you. My work is person-centered and evidence-based, but also deeply human. I draw on my hospice and medical background to look at the whole picture—emotional, physical, social, and spiritual. We’ll move at your pace, whether you’re looking to manage symptoms, prepare for end-of-life decisions, support an aging parent, or find meaning in the midst of loss and uncertainty.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and create a space that feels safe and respectful. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you in—whether it’s a new diagnosis, a decline in health, caregiving stress, or grief after a loss—only as much as feels comfortable. We’ll talk about your goals, what you’d like support with, and what therapy can look like for you. By the end, we’ll outline next steps and a plan that aligns with your needs, values, and priorities.
