Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kim, and I’m honored to support clients through life’s many transitions, challenges, and adjustments.

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in individual therapy, family dynamics, geriatric care, performance therapy, and helping clients navigate significant life changes. I also work with professionals, performers, and athletes to enhance performance, manage stress and pressure, build resilience, and maintain emotional well-being while pursuing high levels of achievement. I view therapy as a collaborative journey—one we take together—with me serving as a compassionate and empathic guide to help you explore, heal, and grow.

My approach is supportive, intuitive, and grounded in both professional expertise and life experience. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to face challenges and create meaningful change. I use a collaborative approach tailored to each client’s individual needs and style, often incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a proud hockey and soccer mom, constantly inspired by the balancing act of parenthood and the resilience of the human spirit.

I’m partnered with Headway, a platform that makes accessing high-quality, insurance-covered therapy simple and stress-free. If you have questions about scheduling or insurance, their support team is ready to help.

I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.

My goal is for clients to gain deeper self-awareness, improve communication and relationships, and build coping strategies that align with their personal goals and values. Over time, clients often report feeling more confident, resilient, and connected—with a clearer vision for their path ahead.
