Great to meet you!

About a decade ago, I left the corporate world to pursue my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at USC...and haven't looked back! I love helping clients with anxiety related to career (stressful careers, career dissatisfaction and changes), relationships, and general life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Our thoughts have such a big influence on the way that we end up feeling. We all take mental shortcuts--it's human nature!--but it's my job to help my clients identify which of these shortcuts lead to dysfunctional thinking, and correct them accordingly. Above all, I prioritize the relationship with my clients--I believe trust is paramount for any meaningful work to be done.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about us getting to know each other. I have specific areas I like to cover--for instance, a general history and a description of what's been bothering you--but I let the session unfold organically. Once I get a sense of what you're looking for out of therapy, we can collaborate to build a treatment plan with your specific goals in mind.
