A bit about my approach to therapy

Areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, substance use, women's issues, LGBTQ issues, behavioral and parenting struggles. I have a great deal of experience working with clients who have experienced trauma and abuse. I offer the opportunity to develop a personalized treatment plan to achieve individualized goals in a nonjudgmental, supportive environment.
