Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kim, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD/neurodivergence, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges. I’ve worked across levels of care, including addiction treatment, and bring experience supporting clients through both acute challenges and long-term growth. My approach is warm, creative, and insight-oriented, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and able to be fully themselves.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and experiential approach to therapy, meaning we don’t just talk about things - we actively explore them. I often incorporate parts work, emotional regulation skills, and creative or role-based exercises to help clients better understand patterns and shift them in real time. I balance insight with practical tools, supporting both deeper self-awareness and day-to-day change. My style is warm and attuned, but also flexible. I can be light, upbeat, or even bring humor into sessions when it feels helpful, while still making space for deeper emotional work.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive space where we get to know each other and begin exploring what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk through your goals, current challenges, and any patterns you’ve been noticing, while also moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, more clear, and with a sense of direction for our work together. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out - just showing up is a strong first step.
