Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who would like to work with clients to find their best selves and prioritize overall health. I've been in the mental health field for over 10 years in outpatient mental health as well as emergency crisis services. I received my Masters in Counseling as well as my Bachelors in Psychology from TCNJ. I serve individuals struggling with stress, anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I approach clients gently and warmly until we develop a rapport. Our therapeutic relationship is most important when discussing sensitive topics. I do not shy away from being direct and honest but prioritize clients also feeling supported. I utilize many different styles and theories such as CBT, Solution focused, and client centered. I put strong focus on self care, boundary setting, positive self esteem, and healthy communication.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a supportive environment that allows a client to feel comfortable to share their story at their own pace. We can create goals together to improve your mental health as well as overall health.
