Great to meet you!

I have worked as a mental health clinician for over twenty years. I enjoy decorating, writing, vacations, and reading the bible. I am a licensed professional counselor with a background in individual and group counseling, serving families, women's issues, adolescents, and professional issues involving workplace conflict. I provide brief solution therapy, grief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and therapeutic restorative mediation. In the year 2023, I have written an article titled: Post-Pandemic Case Management: Building Blocks for Resocialization for the Social Behavior Research Practice Journal.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I begin my therapeutic approach by studying scientific research as it relates to social science and mental health. I build rapport with my clients and create a safe and positive judgement free virtual space.

What you can expect from our first session

I do not promise specific outcomes but I provide self-management tools that will meet the customized need of the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.
