Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting young adults, teens, and caregivers navigating emotional pain, relational challenges, and life transitions impacted by chronic stress, intergenerational patterns, or trauma. As a former collegiate athlete, I also work with high-achieving individuals navigating performance pressure, burnout, injury, or life after competitive sport.

My approach to therapy

I encourage you to reach out if you’re seeking a therapeutic relationship that honors the complexity and depth of your story while supporting meaningful transformation. I create a space where you’re invited to show up as you are, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. I will walk alongside as you rediscover hope and vitality and build a more fulfilling life guided by your values.

What you can expect from me

Seeking support is a meaningful step. From the start, I hope to create a therapeutic experience for you that feels grounding, paced, and deeply human.

I accept select insurance plans for video telehealth sessions. I also offer in-person therapy in Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West LA, and Studio City on a self-pay basis.
