I am a clinical social worker, and supervisor, based in New York City. I provide an environment that is warm, empathic and self-affirmimg. I have worked with adults, children and adolescents. My clients have been afflicted with addiction, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma and ADHD In addition, I conduct mental health evaluations for immigration.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is that the relationship with client is of utmost importance. This means being in agreement with treatment goals. I work from a strengths based perspective and believe in respecing a clients self-determination. A person's culture and personal beliefs must be respected before developing an effective care plan.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect that they will not be judged and that I am empathetic to their needs. Together we will set goals for the next session no matter how small these goals are. My goal is for the client to feel that I am reliable, punctual and dependable.
