Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you're here! As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I know that real change happens when you feel truly heard and supported. The decision to start therapy is a powerful one, and I'm so glad you're taking this step. My work centers on guiding individuals through difficult mental health challenges, using a blend of CBT, DBT, and Integrative therapy to help you build resilience and achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone’s story is unique, and your therapy should be tailored to fit you. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners on your journey toward healing. My priority is that you feel supported, respected, and truly heard in our relationship. I'll be there to listen with compassion, help you build new skills, and offer gentle directness to help you reach your goals.

What you can expect from me

Let's Talk About Our First Steps:

It's helpful to know that our inital intake is a bit different from our ongoing sessions. The intake is our starting point: we'll gather your history, talk through your treatment goals, and get you prepared for the therapy process.

After that, our first therapy session is all about you. My main goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing, being seen, and being heard. This is where our collaborative work truly begins.
