Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful change. I know that reaching out for support can be difficult, so taking that first step is something to be proud of. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify patterns, build practical coping skills, and work toward their goals. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and client-centered. I create a comfortable, judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful change. My style is conversational and practical, and I tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs and goals. I specialize in working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, and grief.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you can share at your own pace without feeling judged or pressured. We’ll discuss what you hope to gain from therapy and begin identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you. Most importantly, I want you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about moving forward.
