Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist and certified coach with over 20 years of experience helping adults, couples, and leaders move through life with more clarity, steadiness, and self-respect. My work is grounded in Choice Theory and Reality Therapy, and I focus on helping you understand yourself so you can create healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life. I also created the Mental Freedom® framework, a practical approach to easing overwhelm, improving communication, and finding more emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

I work especially well with responsible adults, caregivers, educators, and helping professionals who are carrying a lot and need a more sustainable way forward. I offer a warm, respectful space where you can slow down, hear yourself think, and sort through what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and choices connect so you can focus on what you can control and release what you can’t.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space to talk about what’s been weighing on you without pressure or judgment. We’ll explore what brought you here, what you’d like to feel differently, and where you want more clarity, support, or steadiness. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, a bit more hopeful, and with a few practical ideas you can start using right away.
