Great to meet you!

Clients who work with me can expect a space that is both compassionate and direct. I’m committed to offering real strategies for growth, delivered in a way that feels relatable and down-to-earth. I’ll challenge you when needed, but always with encouragement and care. My goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and the reminder that you're never walking the journey alone

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, blending compassion with honest, straightforward feedback. My work is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-focused interventions.

I focus on helping clients break through fear, manage anxiety and depression, build healthy self-esteem, and create stronger boundaries without guilt. My style is down-to-earth, encouraging, and goal-oriented — offering both emotional support and practical strategies to help you move forward.

Above all, I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, challenged, and empowered to become the fullest version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

What You’ll Take Away:
