Great to meet you!

Hi and thanks for stopping by. Let's talk about what's been on your mind. A bit about me. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, including adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating mental health challenges. Over the past decade, I've especially enjoyed working with people experiencing major life transitions—whether related to college, career, relationships, or identity. I believe everyone has strengths, and I work collaboratively to uncover those strengths and support personal growth.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a story, and I aim to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe to share theirs. My approach is empathic and tailored to each individual, drawing from CBT, Family Systems, Solution-Focused, and Strengths-Based therapies. I’ve worked with clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I adapt my style to meet clients where they are and help create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and encouraged to grow. I aim to be that safe space where you can show up as your full self, explore challenges openly, and work toward meaningful change. While our work can be serious, I also believe in the healing power of laughter and try to bring warmth and a sense of humor into the room when it feels right. After each session, you’ll leave with something to reflect on and practical tools to try in everyday life as we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and healthier relationships.
