Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the author of Step Out of Your Story: Writing Exercises to Reframe and Transform Your Life. With more than 20 years of experience, I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to my work, helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, identity concerns and existential angst. As a holistic psychotherapist, author, and workshop leader, I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to the work. I also know firsthand what it’s like to navigate life’s curveballs, which helps me connect deeply with people going through change, loss, or transition. I am also certified in the Enneagram and have taught in certificate programs in spiritually-informed psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

I’m a therapist who believes that every life is a story, and therapy is a place where you can step back, reflect, and even rewrite the way yours unfold. I take a collaborative and intuitive approach, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS) with narrative therapy, mindfulness, and for those who are interested, tools like writing and the enneagram. Sometimes soulful, sometimes playful, I meet you where you are, with all parts of you welcome. My role is to help you uncover strengths you already carry, release patterns that no longer serve you, and connect with your truest self.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel heard, supported, and accepted just as you are. Clients often leave sessions with more compassion for themselves, practical tools for navigating challenges, and a fresh perspective on their life story—one that highlights resilience, meaning, and possibility. If you’re an artist, writer, or seeker of any kind, you may especially appreciate the creative and soulful lens I bring. But I enjoy working with all types of people.
