Great to meet you!

My practice focuses on adults that are experiencing difficulties, stressors in life, grief/loss, mental health concerns, addiction, or need support. Life is complicated and at times is difficult for all of us. Some of us have experienced abuse, mental health issues, substance use, and/or dysfunctional relationships. It is important for me to honor your past, listen to your story, respect your beliefs, and encourage positive changes in your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have over 20 years of experience as a client-centered licensed professional counselor using evidenced-based practices. I utilize practices that focus on balancing your life, improving self-care, increasing coping skills, which enhance your overall quality of life. I also bring compassion, acceptance, encouragement, connection, and sometimes humor to sessions. This assists us with developing your goals that lead towards personal growth and life satisfaction.

What you can expect from our first session

I understand that taking a new step towards healing can be difficult. It is also worthwhile. Counseling assists individuals with vulnerability and trust, which leads to personal growth and change. It would be a privilege to walk along side you with your healing journey. I offer both in-person (Colorado only) and virtual sessions (in both Colorado and Missouri. Please email, text, or call to schedule a session. I look forward to talking with you!
