Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with adolescents and families facing relationship issues, trauma, grief, emotional dysregulation, and impulse control.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered care, creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I also integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help identify and transform limiting beliefs, ultimately strengthening relationships and fostering positive change. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to set meaningful goals that promote long-term healing, self-awareness, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will complete a biopsychosocial evaluation to gain a deeper understanding of your unique needs, strengths, and challenges. From there, we will work together to create a plan that empowers you to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting change. Throughout my career, I have worked with families impacted by addiction, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns. Many of my clients have faced justice involvement, family disruptions, and relational difficulties, and it is my passion to support individuals and families through these tough times. I believe everyone deserves a helping hand to inspire hope and healing, and I am honored to walk with you on your journey toward growth and emotional well-being.
