Great to meet you!

Over the last ten years, I've worked with numerous populations including children, adolescents, and adults within settings of community mental health, individual therapy, and various healthcare settings.

I enjoy working with individuals ages 13 and up navigating a range of challenges — whether it's anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, stress, life transitions, self-esteem/self worth or simply feeling stuck.

My approach to therapy

I am a relational therapist, which means I value building rapport and fostering a strong relationship between myself and my clients. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, eclectic, and person-centered. I like to provide individualized care to each one of my clients using a variety of modalities depending on what we're working on.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is not about having all the answers — it’s about discovering them together.

I strive for my clients to feel hopeful and empowered though their therapy journey to meet their goals.
