Great to meet you!
Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect. Whether you're grieving a loss, navigating a significant change, feeling the weight of anxiety, or working through a relationship that's become complicated — these experiences can be hard to carry alone. I work with adults facing exactly these kinds of moments, and I believe the right support can make all the difference.
I hold a doctorate in Counselor Education from Montclair State University, and my background spans clinical practice, teaching and mentoring graduate counseling students, and presenting nationally on grief, ethics, and mental health. That combination of scholarship and lived clinical work shapes how I show up with every client — thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely present.
People often tell me I'm warm, steady, and easy to talk to. My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel truly heard, respected, and supported as you work through what matters most to you.
