Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in NJ. For over 15 years, I have worked with clients of various ages in NYC and NJ. I specialize in helping individuals confront depression, anxiety, trauma, and family/relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

While asking for help isn't easy, showing up for yourself says a lot about who you are and who you are becoming. I believe that a person has the answers they're seeking for themselves and talking to someone neutral can be helpful in the process of uncovering them.

What you can expect from our first session

My main goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to feel comfortable in trusting me to join their process towards their mental/emotional health goals. Whether you're new to therapy or returning, I'm so glad you're here. I build on a person's strengths to help them gain more self-awareness and confront their struggles.
