Great to meet you!

I am passionate about the human story and the possibility of change within the therapeutic relationship.

I became a therapist to offer space for folks to discover themselves in a deeper way and to experience compassionate support.

Therapy changed my life and influenced me to return to school in 2011 to pursue a master's degree in counseling psychology.

My work experience has included private practice, eating disorder agencies, community health, and inpatient hospital settings.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults using holistic, evidence-based therapies deeply rooted in socio-cultural perspectives that seek to honor your identity and story within the context of self, relationships, and community.

My intention is to bring down-to-earth, trauma-informed care and to humanize how a person's life can become disrupted.

My approach provides space to make connections between your past, present, and future and to use this awareness for increased empowerment and vitality.

Hospitality and attuned support are prioritized within this professional relationship with the hope of nurturing creative collaboration and the invitation to struggle, grieve, and grow towards the recovery of dreams.

Some of my focus areas include:

Trauma

Eating disorders

Identity support

Relationships, family of origin

LGBTQIA+

Possible therapy approaches:

EMDR

Somatic

IFS

Trauma narrative

HAES and intuitive eating

Relational, interpersonal, attachment processing
