Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training as a Certified Trauma Professional (Level II), Brainspotting Practitioner (Phase I & II), and Somatic and Internal Family Systems–Informed therapist. I work with children, teens, and adults, offering a holistic approach that supports healing across mind, body, and spirit.
My clinical focus includes PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and I have a particular passion for supporting children, women, mothers, and parents. I help clients strengthen self‐awareness, emotional skills, self‐regulation, and parenting confidence, while also addressing early childhood trauma and patterns that impact current well‐being.
I hold a Master of Arts in Community Counseling and began my career serving underserved and undocumented families, as well as children referred through the Department of Children and Families in Georgia. This foundation continues to shape my commitment to accessible, compassionate, and culturally attuned care.
With more than 20 years of personal meditation experience, I integrate mindfulness and meditation practices into my work and facilitate meditation groups as part of my therapeutic approach. My goal is to create a grounded, supportive space where clients can reconnect with their inner wisdom, build resilience, and move toward emotional and spiritual wellness.
