Great to meet you!

Deciding to take the leap into therapy can be intimidating, which is why I offer a non-judgemental space for you to explore deeper levels of self-awareness and heal from past experiences. Whether you're able to identify previous impactful events or have had a "normal" life up to this point, my greatest joy is in watching my clients heal from negative stories that they've been tangled in for years and grow into thriving individuals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a client-centered approach that is tailored to the person in front of me and their unique needs. As a systems therapist, I zoom out to find patterns and meanings behind your stories. Once we identify those patterns and stories that have been deeply engrained, I've seen so many breakthroughs and life change happen through the use of EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) to replace those negative thought patterns with adaptive beliefs.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to feel heard, understood, and seen as I strive to create a safe and warm environment for you to be vulnerable. I aim to equip you with tools for coping, communication, and self reflection as we dissect your story and work towards writing a better future.
