Licensed Professional Counselor, with a M.S. in Counseling and Psychology, certifications in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Biofeedback, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Addictions, Counselor Supervision, and Life Coaching. Experienced working with diverse populations in outpatient clinics, military hospitals, offices, schools, and the film industry.

Challenges addressed include: grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting, inclusivity, career transitions, multicultural sensitivity, depression, sleep challenges, trauma, combat-related symptoms, communication skills. Several evidence-based psychotherapies and techniques are utilized to support and empower clients in a culturally sensitive setting.
