I am a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience in mental health. I earned my B.S. in 1997, M.S.W. in 2000, and licensure in 2004. I have worked with individuals of all ages, helping them navigate a wide range of mental and emotional challenges. Additionally, I have held roles as a Behavioral Health & Clinical Care Manager and EAP Counselor for health plans, enriching my ability to support individuals and families through behavioral health needs. I am a licensed to provide therapy services in Florida, Texas, and Colorado.
