Great to meet you!

I am so glad you are here! I have been practicing social work since 2017 and earned my master's degree from Binghamton University. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adults, and families in a variety of settings, including, outpatient clinics, schools as well as in home therapy. I believe in meeting clients where they are and helping them build upon their unique strengths and qualities.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, which means I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of each individual I see. I believe in the connection between the mind and body. True wellbeing comes from within. Meeting virtually will allow you to be in a space of your choosing that feels most comfortable to you!

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where every individual feels heard, empowered and equipped to grow! Let's connect ~ please reach out to me directly or set up a 15-minute consultation so we can discuss your needs and wants for therapy.
