Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Maybe you're navigating relationship challenges, workplace stress, family issues, depression or struggling to set healthy boundaries. You might be carrying resentment, anger, or past emotional wounds that need healing. My ideal client is someone ready to prioritize their well-being and make meaningful changes. Whether you're coping with anxiety, depression, burnout, or personal growth hurdles, you deserve support that meets you where you are! Making time for yourself and your needs will be our priority together! YOU will be my priority! I have been told by so many people over the years that I am very easy to talk to and show great patience and compassion. Let me help you clear the "baggage" that is getting in the way of your "journey" to happiness, confidence and a better version of you!

My approach to therapy

I prioritize making our time a safe place for you to explore your deepest concerns with integrity and confidentiality, embracing acceptance and non-judgement. With 25 years of experience in diverse clinical and educational environments, I offer compassionate, client-centered care using CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based approaches. I provide a safe, supportive space where we’ll work collaboratively on building insight, emotional resilience, and practical tools for long-term growth. Overall, my approach is making sure my clients feel heard, genuinely valued and understood, as well as designing treatment plans tailored to each client's individual and personal goals and needs.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I honor the courage it takes. I’m here to support you without judgment—just understanding, compassion, and a genuine desire to help you grow. Together, we’ll build a path toward healing, confidence, and the life you envision. You don’t have to do this alone, give me the chance to help you feel more empowered! My hope is that our first session together is met with comfort, acceptance and a feeling of openness to discuss your ideas and views of counseling. My goal is for you to walk away each session feeling more empowered, stronger and more confident in reaching your personal growth goals and to make you feel overall happier and in more control of your own life, choices and situations.
